Red and green, done properly

Red and green are opposites, which is why Christmas looks the way it does. Both are deep here, more velvet than tinsel, so they sit together without clashing. Gold is the highlight. Christmas Day is a Friday this year, so the week before is a full working week for most people: worth planning.

Your week in evergreen & red

The week at the top of this post is a real week in Anser, in the Summer Picnic style with the Bold look for categories, so every event shows its full colour. To get the same look, open Settings › Appearance › Colours › How categories look and choose Bold. The palette works in every style.

The week before Christmas

  • Monday: last orders. Check the delivery dates.
  • Tuesday: wrap everything in one go.
  • Wednesday: the food shop, early.
  • Thursday: finish work on time, and mean it.
  • Friday: nothing on the calendar but the day.
